John has been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. 

I hold training certifications in personal training and strength and conditioning specialist from The  International Sports Science Association, 2010 to present.

My training approach has always been a fun, fast paced, old school style. But all my workouts will be tailored to your current levels. Utilizing cables, free weights and body weight exercises. Total body workouts hitting each muscle groups from multiple angles, building endurance, strength and confidence.
